This makes it difficult to maintain an overview and ensure smooth project progress within the confines of set milestones and deadlines. With this in mind, we offer companies the opportunity to book project management services along with other planned IT projects to guarantee that your project will be a complete success.
What makes us special
SVA manages projects using tried-and-tested procedures in line with ITIL, GPM and IPMA standards, along with methods like Kanban and scrum in an agile environment. We have over 70 project managers throughout Germany, all of which are scrum and GPM certified (level B, C or D), and are continuously training in new methods.

Communication and documentation
SVA places great value on effective and goal-oriented project communication. Alongside the regular internal exchange of information among those involved, full access to and availability of information and project marketing (presenting the project) are of crucial importance to us. The responsible project manager records all communication in full and presents it to their contact partner on the client side who is responsible for the project.
Risk management
Risk management is an important part of SVA’s project management service. It aims to minimize and control factors that could potentially have a negative impact on the project. Our risk management service includes the following elements:
- Identification of risks by the project team
- Analysis and assessment of the identified risks (probability of occurrence/effects)
- Presentation of decision-making basis to those responsible for the project
- Risk reduction and prevention measures
- Ongoing controlling of measures
- Documentation

Change Management
We document all proposed amendments in full throughout the project (cost, effect, decision, etc.) and present this documentation to our partner on the client side to aid decision-making.
Quality management
Our quality management measures ensure that all the services we provide contribute to a successful project. All of our processes and measures are aimed at achieving the project’s goal.

Approval process
Unless stated otherwise in the call for tender, we define and document the expectations and approval criteria together with you at the start of the project. We also make use of the standard error classes for the respective sector. Full or partial approval of a service is granted in writing. In the event of partial approval, any defects or errors are listed. Deadlines for improvement are then set and documented in change management.
