Reduce high costs – thanks to lightweight scalability  

One system for digital personnel files, one for payroll, and one for recruiting – many companies use multiple standalone tools, which directly drive up operating costs. If these tools are highly customized, the effort required for customization and data management also increases.

Many system adjustments can be handled directly by the HR department and do not require expensive consulting services or support from the IT department. Addressing Security and Compliance Challenges

The list of legal requirements for HR departments is long. For example, outdated employee and applicant data must always be deleted in a timely manner. While companies do carry out this process, it takes some time because various systems and files must be reviewed.
